The Palácio das Artes, headquarters of the Fundação da Juventude since 2016, is a centre of excellence in the areas of creativity and innovation.
It is located in the Historic Centre of the city of Porto and has been classified as Urban Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO.
Besides serving as headquarters of the activity of the Fundação da Juventude, the palace is an ideal place to hold events such as exhibitions, gala dinners or conferences. In the recent past, among others, we should highlight the holding of an exhibition that brought together works by Pablo Picasso, the famous 19th and 20th century Spanish painter who is the author, among other famous paintings, of Guernica, an iconic painting that portrays the Spanish Civil War.
The Palacio das Artes is equipped with rooms for training and workshops, multidisciplinary and multi-purpose rooms, creative laboratories, a restaurant and three shops.
It thus serves as a privileged space and shop window for art and products developed by young creators and renowned artists.
