The Youth Foundation is a non-profit institution that for over 32 years has had the mission of helping young people in their personal and professional development.

The Foundation works in several areas in order to help young Portuguese in a more holistic way, acting in the areas of science and technology, vocational training, employment and entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation and finally citizenship and volunteering. Within these areas, the Foundation annually develops several projects, ranging from local to international projects, to projects that may involve thousands of participants.

Fundação da Juventude currently has several projects in its portfolio, however, it needs to strengthen its human resources, without which it is impossible to give a response with the quality that Fundação da Juventude intends to give to these projects.

Professional Internship - Project Manager - Oporto

We are looking for the following profile:

Master's degree in Management (mandatory)
Eligible for work placement (mandatory)
Knowledge of the English language (preferably with a certificate)
Good knowledge of computer tools


In terms of duties and responsibilities

Ability to work in a team
Ability to produce work in coordination or autonomously
Knowledge of project management methodologies and agile management tools (Scrum or others)
Ability to elaborate project execution plans
Ability to elaborate applications for new projects
Ability to organise and support face-to-face and virtual activities

Professional Internship - Marketing and Communication - Oporto

We are looking for the following profile:

Master's degree in Marketing and or Communication (mandatory).
Eligible for work placement (mandatory)
Knowledge of English language (preferably with a certificate)
Good knowledge of computer tools, MS, Email Marketing, Social network management, image and video editing programs


In terms of duties and responsibilities

Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to produce work in coordination or autonomously
Knowledge of vectorial editing tools and video, and creation of content in video or image format
Ability to elaborate communication and marketing plans for projects
Ability to create content for social networks and manage them
Ability to create and manage press releases with the media
